1 to 1 COACHING

Get started

It doesn't matter whether you're just at the beginning or already advanced. Its always a good time to consult a coach to get a source of high quality information. You will most likely always make faster progress if you choose to consult a trainer/colleague who teaches you.Someone who holds you and has many years of experience and is himself in the training process, understanding of the matter and can guide you works wonders.I prefer to work 1:1 or in small groups of up to 10 people because I amhere can always focus on each individual. We will be able to go through a variety of exercises together in 1 hand prepare you to continue training on your own. After a session, I will create a training plan for you, which you can then use to continue training independently.Again and again people are amazed when they have achieved thingsthat were unthinkable just a few weeks/month ago.If you have decided to learn equilibristics, you should take lessons and you've come to the right place.
learn handstand
I analyze your handstand and help you to learn how to correct posture mistakes, that prevent you from getting further on your journey. An essential part of my coaching is to guide you to find a healthy way to learn handstands in harmony with your body. Here you will always come up against your limits and with medevelop training strategies to overcome them.I push you to your limit, this is where growth and progress happens.I will encourage you to question, to think, to feel
and not just accept. I dont belive in a one size fits all program.
To categorize the handstand or acrobatics into right or wrong technique,In my eyes leads to nothing, we want you to wind a technique that works for you.but from a biomechanical and sports-scientific point of view, there are clear alignment strategies we need to work towards causing the handstand to:

• costs less power and therefore allows longer control of the balance
• Body being less stressed and therefore a higher training workload is possible
• make complex movements and positions in handstands
  possible

Every body is different and we will work together to adapt the various techniques of this world to your body and thus achieve your training goals.
