Hard work pays off

I never had the motivation to train or improve myself. But as I tasted success, I learned what it feels like when hard work and dedication pays off and when you're proud of yourself. I felt like I had achieved a goal. I was reminded of that every day now. From then on, I spent every practice session thinking about how good it felt to have won last year. I didn't need any more motivation.

The motivation kick

Of course there are also days when I struggle with myself and have to motivate myself more to stay on the ball. But in these moments I draw energy from looking back and seeing what I have achieved. Be it the health aspect or that I feel more comfortable in my body - by becoming aware of these facts, I reach a whole new energy level and continue on my way.

A change for life

In addition to my attitude towards fitness and sport, my diet has also changed fundamentally. Since then, I have noticed the positive signals from my body every day. I firmly believe that CrossFit has transformed my life for the better and encourage everyone to try it out for themselves.
