our range
Fitness is a fitness program developed by OG over several decades. OG, the founder and CEO of Fitness, was the first person to make fitness meaningful and measurable by increasing performance over time. From this he developed a program that specifically aims to improve fitness and health.
Fitness is a constantly changing functional movement sequence with high intensity. All fitness exercises combine the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and other sports. They have a positive effect on the body and life. With high weights and long distances, the exercises are ideal for achieving maximum success in a short time. The intensity provides the decisive factor for best results. The result can then be measured as effort in relation to time and effort. The more you train in a short time and the more muscle power is in your exercises, the greater the effort. Thanks to a constantly changing training approach with functional movements and high intensity, you will increase your fitness immensely.
The Community
The sense of community that comes when people train together is a key factor in the effectiveness of fitness. This created a global network of over 13,000 fitness members. A combination of natural connection, competition and fun in sports and games leads to a dynamic that cannot be achieved by other means.
Numbers don't lie
The fitness program is determined by data. Whiteboards to display results, counting points and data, measuring time and precisely defining rules and benchmarks all lead to unprecedented achievement motivation. In this way, both the relative and the absolute measured values are determined for each training session and the progress is recorded. This data has a significant impact on the motivation of each individual. The goal of fitness is to provide an essential, all-round fitness for athletes, supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares the participants for any physical challenge - not only for unfamiliar but also unexpected situations. Our specialty is not specializing. Although fitness challenges the fittest athletes in the world, the program is still designed for universality. Therefore, the training is perfect for anyone who is committed - regardless of their experience. If necessary, we do not change the program, just the weights or the intensity. The needs of Olympians and our grandparents differ in difficulty but not in the type of training.
